CP Shades
TAKING A COMPANY INTO THE SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

ReVenture performed a full properties, systems, and personnel sustainability study and report for CP Shades. Within two months we had reduced overall energy costs by 36% and had worked with them to implement systems and products that significantly improved environmental areas such as air quality and manufacturing resources. 

 

We assisted the executive team in defining their one year, three year, and five year energy and sustainability plan and implemented a system-wide energy management system. We also identified further savings and efficiencies throughout their supply and transportation chain. 

  • Managed the implementation of sustainability practices and training for all employees

  • Optimized system-wide efficiencies that significantly increased the percentage of energy use covered by the rooftop solar grid

  • Planned and designed phase two energy production with community solar and small wind supplementation

  • Created and mange the plan to attain LEED Bronze or Gold on existing buildings and the target of LEED Platinum on any new company build out.

ReVenture worked directly with the founder and CEO of SATIC, to bring their energy harmonizer technology to a far wider audience.  Our growth accelerator strategy helped lead them to a next generation IoT version of the device, creating over $100M in new sales potential. We highlighted and solved manufacturing shortfalls within their production chain, working to update and improve their engagement strategy, website, online digital presence and lead generation capabilities, as well as their overall marketing strategy, tools and capabilities.
